Position: Stonemason / Benchtop Installer

Location: Cannington, WA

Job Type: Full time

Starting Time: ASAP

Shift Schedule: Mon to Fri

Salary: $38-$45 Per hour plus Super & OT

Responsibilities:

Fabrication and installation of Benchtops for residential and commercial projects

Cutting, shaping and polishing stone with different types of machinery and hand tools

Measuring, glueing and manufacturing custom stone products

Working on custom-designed kitchens and other stone projects

Operating in all aspects of the production process

Collaborate with clients, contractors and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Utilise specialised tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete benchtop installations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines throughout the installation process to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

A stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience within the industry

At least 2 years of experience with benchtop installations.

Robust attention to detail

Ability to read plans and measurements

A passion for stone craftsmanship

Current working rights in Australia
