About the Role

Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and related areas.

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand and using dishwashing equipment.

Ensure all kitchen equipment and appliances are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Empty trash and recycling bins regularly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Store cleaned equipment and utensils in designated storage areas.

Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all time.

Colloabolate with team members to ensure effective workflow and a positive work environment.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the kitchen manager or supervisor.

This role is a live on island position.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

Previous expereince in a similar role preferred.

Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and utensils.

Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.

Must be eligible to work in Australia.
