CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT (Receptionist) (Proserpine)

About the role Exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) to join the team at Total Lifestyle Chiropractic in Proserpine. This is a casual role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clinic. What you'll be doing
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Maintaining patient records and other administrative duties
- Assisting the chiropractic team with various tasks as required
- Ensuring the reception and other rooms are clean, organised and well presented What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- A friendly, skilled and reliable team player
- An interest in health and wellness
- Available for shifts between 7:00am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 6:30pm approx.
