Restaurants & Bars Supervisor
- InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef Hotel Brand: InterContinental Location: Australia, Queensland, Hayman Island Hotel: IC
- Hayman Great Barrier Reef (HISHA), Hayman Island, Whitsunday Islands, 4801 About the Role Under the general direction of the Venue Manager, within IHG policies and procedures, you will ensure smooth shift operations, deliver customer‑focused service, supervise staff, lead guest experience, and coordinate with other hotel departments. Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, memorable guest service and recognize IHG Rewards Club members.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for guests, resolving issues and providing local information.
- Adhere to policies on presentation, grooming and punctuality.
- Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with team and hotel staff.
- Work versatile roster as required.
- Participate in departmental budget preparation and meet financial targets. Qualifications
- Experience supervising hospitality staff.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shift environments and a flexible roster.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial targets desirable. Benefits
