BlueCare's specialised palliative care services is growing throughout Queensland. - Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
- Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, showcasing clinical expertise and a person-centered care approach.
- Prior experience in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.
- Possess a current driver's license and the confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland. Employee Benefits:
