list Skipper Yourself Charters around the Whitsundays.

We are seeking a highly motivated qualified person to join our team who pride themselves with

exceptional customer service & delivering holidays of a lifetime to all our guests.

The successful applicant needs to ensure the effective and professional management of the Operations,

Maintenance and Detailing departments, including: ‐

 scheduling of all maintenance and repairs to our fleet

 day‐to‐day management and rostering of staff

 any other duties as required by management

You will also be required to work weekends, school holidays & some public holidays.

Must have:

 Previous experience in the Marine Tourism Sector preferred

 Appropriate Marine Qualifications

 Familiar with current Marine Regulatory requirements

 Solid commitment and focus on safety

 Sound knowledge of maintenance of vessels both mechanically & presentation

 Be able to brief guests prior to charter on the vessel, charter area & safety aspects

 Have transparent Communication and above average Computer Skills.

 Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
