- Enjoy staff perks including gym access and resort discounts Your Role As Senior Hair Stylist, you’ll provide premium hair services to guests across weddings, special occasions, and day-to-day salon appointments. You’ll work closely with brides and event guests to create personalised looks while supporting the smooth operation and presentation of the salon. Where you’ll make an impact
- Create styles ranging from everyday chic to formal event styling
- Deliver bridal hair and special occasion styling services
- Provide personalised consultations and tailored hair solutions
- Perform advanced cutting, colouring, blow dries, and styling techniques
- Maintain salon presentation and stock levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences
- Support achievement of weekly and monthly KPI targets
- Stay up to date with current trends, products, and techniques What we’re looking for You are a passionate and creative stylist who loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful. You take pride in your craft, enjoy working in a team workplace, and thrive in a premium guest-focused setting. To be successful, you will need:
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (Essential)
- Confidence across all areas of hairdressing including colour, cuts, and styling
- Strong knowledge of salon products, treatments, and services
- Experience in formal styling and bridal hair
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly KPI targets
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
