Subway Store Manager Cannonvale

Day to day Subway operation
- Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
- Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Train team (employees) in business standards and policies. SALARY Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 + 12% Super) or Part time equivalent. BENEFITS

- Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
- You must be citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
- Must have a driver's licence.
- You must provide a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
- At least 1 year of people management experience is a must.
- You must provide Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
- You must have experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- You must have at least 1 year of Fast Food Restaurant Manager experience.
