About the Role – Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This flexible role is perfect for an experienced salesperson looking for part-time hours or a semi-retired professional who still enjoys engaging with customers and being active in the workforce.

A strong focus of this position will be building relationships with subdivisions, land developers, builders, engineers, and landscape architects, ensuring Ezzy Fit is the preferred choice for composite retaining wall and fencing solutions in large- and small-scale projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales.

Building relationships with subdivisions, developers, builders, engineers, and landscape architects.

Providing expert advice on Ezzy Fit’s composite sleepers, fencing, and building systems.

Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers.

Supporting the sales team and contributing to overall business growth.

Representing Ezzy Fit at trade events, site meetings, and project consultations.

Skills and Experience

Proven sales experience (construction, trade, or building products preferred).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to engage with professional stakeholders (developers, engineers, architects).

Computer proficiency (CRM, quoting, POS).

Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.

Ability to pick up technical product details (training provided).

Hours

2 days per week, 6 hours per day.

Additional hours available if desired.

Weekend availability optional.
