**About Your New Role**

Our Disability Support Workers are experts in providing effective encouragement and innovative strategies to help individuals realise their full potential and the endless possibilities available to them. About You
- You demonstrate advanced skills in assisting customers who have a wide range of disabilities
- You have experience in coordinating and administrating the delivery of energetic services
- You can prioritise a busy workload and respond to emergent situations
- You have experience working with mental health, challenging and complex behaviours
- You can confidently implement care plans

**What you need**:

- Current Open Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
