- Cert IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience post qualification

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent team work and communication skills Responsibilities
