The Shingle Inn Bakery, operated by David Peters Group that also runs the Shingle Inn Cafe network and Gilhooleys Irish Pub, is seeking someone with outstanding attention to detail to join our team.

Our focus is on making superior quality products, using traditional recipes and methods to supply our cafes around Australia.

We are a family business, looking for passionate team members to join our team. This is a excellent opportunity for you to showcase your passion for customer service, make premium products and utilise your fantastic organisational skills!

Applicant skills and experience:

- minimum 3-5 years experience in a commercial bakery
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Ability to read and follow a recipe
- Experience/ knowledge of Deck and Combi Oven
- Experience weighing and mixing product
- Availability Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm
