**Description**: We are currently building a compassionate and reliable team of Personal Care Workers to support our growing number of clients in Redlands, Wynnum and surrounding areas. Our clients live independently in their own homes, and we are seeking individuals who can provide respectful and attentive in-home support that helps them maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role: You'll be working closely with older Australians, providing essential care and companionship. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal care support (eg showering, grooming, dressing)
- Domestic assistance (housekeeping)
- Medication prompts
- Meal preparation
- Social Support and companionship
- Transporting clients to appointments or social activities

What We're Looking For: Essential Criteria:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Open Driver's Licence
- Own car with comprehensive insurance
