This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven automotive finance professional to step into a high-volume dealership and maximise earnings. You will be responsible for delivering tailored car finance, insurance, warranty and aftermarket product solutions, while ensuring compliance and an exceptional customer experience. - Present and sell automotive finance, insurance, warranties and add-on products
- Structure vehicle finance deals in line with lender and compliance requirements
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximise F&I; penetration and profitability
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer buying experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targets
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ASIC compliance standards Skills & Experience
- Proven background as a Business Manager, F&I; Manager, Finance & Insurance Consultant or Automotive Finance Specialist (essential)
- Robust knowledge of car finance, lending, insurance products and aftermarket sales (essential)
- Experience in a dealership environment (new or used vehicles) (essential)
- High-level communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven automotive sales environment
- Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail What We Offer
