**Position Overview**

As a bartender at Tilley’s, you’ll be the face of the bar
- crafting quality drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring everyone feels welcome. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a bit of banter, and has a passion for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits offered at the venue.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements.
- Restock bar supplies and keep bar area clean and organized.
- Assist with setting up and packing down the bar area, including opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Current RSA and RSG certificate (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95
- $44.59 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
