Disability Support Worker (Capalaba)

We are seeking a mature, calm, and confident female Disability Support Worker to support a participant with complex behaviours and high support needs. The ideal candidate will be emotionally regulated, patient, safety-focused, and experienced in working within Behaviour Support Plans and challenging behaviour environments. Requirements & Experience
- Experience supporting participants with autism, intellectual disability, and challenging behaviours
- Robust de-escalation and behavioural support skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during escalation
- Confident implementing Behaviour Support Strategies and incident reporting
- Reliable, consistent, and able to follow structured routines
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
