Position Overview

As a bartender at Tilley’s, you’ll be the face of the bar
- crafting quality drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring everyone feels welcome. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a bit of banter, and has a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.

Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits offered at the venue.

Provide friendly and engaging customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements.

Restock bar supplies and keep bar area clean and organized.

Assist with setting up and packing down the bar area, including opening and closing duties.

Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and welcoming setting.

Requirements:

Current RSA and RSG certificate (mandatory).

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95
- $44.59 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
