- Fulltime Our company is expanding and therefore an exciting position is now available for a new admin officer to join our team. This is a challenging position which requires both a commitment to achieving outstanding results and a high attention to detail. Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- General reception and office duties;
- Answering phones and directing calls as required;
- Meeting and greeting clients;
- Providing excellent customer service;
- Management of incoming and outgoing emails;
- Lead and Data entry as required;
- Filing, Photocopying, Scanning;
- Banking;
- General housekeeping;
- Co-ordination of jobs with Project Managers;
- Contract drafting and warranty applications;
- Other duties as required by the business. Who are we looking for?To be considered for this exciting chance you will need to possess the following:

- Good computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Office 365);

- Drivers License and own reliable transportation;
- Available to work full time hours, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
- Candidates with previous experience in the roofing or construction industry will be highly regarded.
