- Maintain regular work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm, with opportunities for additional hours during high-volume periods.
- Manage own portfolio
- Allocate and supervise works via our operating system, providing regular updates on individual repairs' status.
- Facilitate open communication with the panel of contractors and homeowners.
- Engage and manage customers and trade interactions.
- Utilize several industry-specific programs along with our insurer platforms, backed by a highly experienced administrative and management team.

You will join a energetic construction team, ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of a range of insurance claims. As a key player, you'll assign repairs to our expert panel of trade contractors, managing the job delivery within set timeframes and budget limits.
