Part time: 4 days per week:

Belmont: Monday 6:00am
- 2:30pm, Tuesday 6:00am
- 11:00am, Sunday 10:00am
- 4:00pm

Harrisdale: Wednesday 6:00am
- 10:00am

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role

Valuable knowledge of general maintenance and repairs with solid attention to detail

Confident using hand and power tools

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and make quick, sound decisions

Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on delivering high-quality service

EWP, White Card, and Working at Heights tickets are a bonus

A valid driver’s license is essential

About the Role:

Maintain the site by identifying and fixing maintenance or cosmetic issues

Perform basic repairs (e.g. doors, locks, doorknobs) and general maintenance

Carry out high-pressure cleaning, window cleaning, and other tasks as required

Clean roofs and gutters (Working at Heights)

Support general upkeep of the building, surrounding grounds, and equipment

Maintain car parks: painting, fixing bollards, cleaning up waste

Regularly inspect outdoor areas for cleanliness and safety hazards

Work proactively with mínimal supervision, solving issues before they become problems

Always follow safety procedures and site regulations

Training will be provided

Work for a reputable well-known Perth based company

4 weeks paid annual leave, 10 days personal leave and 12% super

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.70
- $53.40 per hour
