**Sales Assistant (Casual) — Kollecter**

**Location**: Belmont (with the possibility of work at other stores) **Job type**: Casual (flexible hours, weekend + late-night trading availability required)

Kollecter is looking for an energetic, people-first **Sales Assistant** to help our customers find pieces they’ll love and keep our store running smoothly. If you bring great vibes, love tidy shelves and sharper service, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do
- Welcome every customer, build rapport, and deliver memorable service that drives repeat visits.
- Hit daily KPIs while keeping experiences friendly and genuine.
- Process sales, exchanges and click‑&‑collect using our POS with accuracy.
- Replenish stock, prepare products, and maintain a spotless, on‑brand floor.
- Assist with visual merchandising: windows, signage, and product stories.
- Receive deliveries, complete basic inventory counts, and help with stock room organisation.
- Follow cash‑handling, security and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a small, supportive team.

About you
- Customer-obsessed with explicit, confident communication.
- A quick learner who stays calm when it’s busy.
- Reliable and punctual with a “see it, sort it” mindset.
- Physically able to be on your feet and occasionally lift/carry boxes.
- **Availability**: at least one weekend day and one late‑night trade per week; extra hours during holidays/events.
