We are currently seeking a **Visual Merchandising Lead** at our **Victoria’s Secret**store.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive the **visual presentation** of the store to ensure an elevated customer experience
- Implement **seasonal floorsets, window displays, and marketing updates** in line with brand guidelines
- Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to execute innovative **visual strategies** that reflect brand DNA
- Maintain a premium and cohesive store environment that inspires and delights our customers
- Lead by example, coaching the team to deliver flawless execution of VM standards

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong **visual merchandising experience** in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail
- A keen eye for **detail, styling, and storytelling through visuals**:

- $68,000.00 per year
