ABOUT YOU: You have a can-do attitude; you like a challenge, and no task is too big or too small. You have some prior experience in our industry, and you are looking for a dynamic role that offers you the opportunity to expand your knowledge about document controller and information management.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with general administrative tasks.
Assisting with Document Control.
Data entry.
Reception duties including answering phones and transferring calls to the relevant team.
The skills & experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and superior organisation skills are crucial to this role.
Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced workplace.
Ability to be able to work autonomously and in group without supervision.
Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
Desirable
Experience with Document Control Systems
Project Construction and Engineering Industry experience highly desirable
Prior experience in a professional, office, environment.
This is a full-time position, with potential for overtime when required.
