Associate Nurse Unit Manger
- Night Duty 50 hours per fortnight. Buckland Status: Permanent part-time position available Classification: Associate Nurse Unit Manager YW11-YW12 based on experience classification as per the Nurses-Midwives-Enterprise-Agreement-2024-2028 About the role: Mansfield District Hospital is a renowned healthcare institution dedicated to providing high-quality patient and residential care. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the efficient operation of the nursing unit. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing practice. At Buckland we offer a friendly, comfortable, homelike environment. Each has courtyards and beautiful gardens, large communal lounge and entertainment areas and more private areas for when you might seek some quiet time, or to meet with your family and friends.
