**The Role
- Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of Bowser Bean. Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers’ day
- and you’ll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Making great barista coffee
- Preparing fresh, quality food products
- Serving customers with energy and positivity
- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Supporting the team with other tasks as required

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’re after enthusiastic, proactive team players who: ✔ Love working with people and bringing a smile to someone’s day ✔ Can juggle multiple tasks with confidence ✔ Take pride in their work and presentation ✔ Have experience in customer service or hospitality (a bonus, but not essential!)

Pay: Up to $45.89 per hour
