**The role**
Core role, providing excellence in customer service and ensuring their experience with us is smooth, efficient, and informative throughout the repair process.
- End-to-end customer management repair cycle, booking, updating and general point of contact
- Liase with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors
- Timely and accurate maintenance of records in Repair Management software (IBody)
- Provide and promote a robust service culture, responding effectively to customers and supporting the repair team.
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Capability to provide customer care and complaints handling
- Proficient in Microsoft and Cloud Based Management Systems

- $75,000.00 per year
