**About the role**: Geelong Neuro Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic working with both children and adults with neurological conditions across home, community, and clinic settings. We’re proud to contribute to our local community and are committed to delivering care that’s compassionate, collaborative, and client-focused.
We currently have a part-time administrative position available at our Belmont clinic. You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing outstanding support to our clients, families, referrers, and team.
**Role Details**:
- Part-time position with salary and leave entitlements
- Minimum 3 days per week
- Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am
- 6:00pm, with varied shifts available
- Reception-based role including tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinic opening/closing procedures
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
