**About the role**: Geelong Neuro Centre is a leading multidisciplinary allied health clinic that works with both kids and adults with neurological conditions in the home and clinic environment. As a member of our accounts team, you will be part of a supportive and dedicated finance and administrative team supporting our amazing therapists. We are committed to working as a team to develop a service that will transform the experience of our clients and contribute to the Geelong community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide administration & account support for a multidisciplinary business
- Process 3rd party client accounts (NDIS/Workcover/DVA)
- Communicate with clients and case managers
- To liaise with all businesses associated & working in partnership with the business
- Create outstanding invoice fortnightly report & follow up billing required
- Code/reconcile incoming/outgoing transactions on Xero (accounting software)
- Ensure Xero is coded ready for the accountant to process EOM reports BAS/IAS
- Enter & process supplier invoices/statements
- Contribute to administrative and finance function process improvement, we would love to hear your ideas

**Current software programs used**:

- Google suite
- Splose (client medical/client appointment software)
- Xero
- PRODA
- Tyro Health
