**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team
- Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Produce and analyse required financial reports
- i.e. Payroll reports
- Roster Management and payroll approval
- Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
- Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy, and fit for work
- Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member

**To be successful you will have the following**:

- Ability to work full time Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Proven retail management experience
- Leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
- Adaptable and supportive
