Retail Store Manager (Wishart)

Store Manager required for service station in Wishart.

You will need to be able to work effectively as a leader at the store of a team of staff, reporting directly to head office management.

Typical hours are 4am
- 12noon Monday to Friday, while being available to be reached by phone should emergencies arise at the store outside these hours.

As the Store Manager it will be up to you to set the culture and team environment for the store. Fresh food and barista coffee are prepared and sold in store making experience with food and coffee ideal.

You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to lead capably and a proficiency across a wide range of basic:

- computer skills,
- paperwork completion, including good attention to detail, and
- stock and inventory management.

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver retail operational excellence, and taking pride in customer service and the quality of food & coffee on offer.

As Store Manager you will:

- have full accountability for the store,
- be responsible for training and managing the performance of staff in store, and
- ensure a safety focus is at the forefront of the store.

Ideally, you will be a natural leader with positive commercial acumen and proven success in bringing your team along for the journey. You will have proven ability to prioritise & positively influence safety performance and build a strong culture of care amongst your team.
