Vantage West Electrical is looking for an organised and motivated Junior Service Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a split role that combines general office administration with hands-on involvement in helping run our service department. No two days are the same and the role would suit someone who enjoys variety, staying organised, and taking ownership of tasks. You will work closely with our Service coordinator and service Manager, helping keep jobs moving, supporting our electricians, and ensuring paperwork and admin are completed efficiently. About the Role Your responsibilities will include: General Office & Administration
- Booking flights, accommodation and travel for staff
- Organising inductions and site onboarding requirements
- General office administration and day-to-day support
- Managing documents, forms and compliance paperwork
- Assisting with customer communication and scheduling Service Coordination Support
- Assisting the Service Coordinator with running jobs
- Helping schedule electricians and coordinate service works
- Managing smaller service jobs from start to finish
- Following up suppliers, clients and internal teams as required
- Processing and submitting job paperwork, reports and close-out documents
- Helping ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time About You We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and good at multitasking
- Has strong communication skills
- Can work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Has strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Is proactive and enjoys problem-solving
- Can handle a fast-paced environment Experience in administration, scheduling, service coordination or trade-based businesses is highly regarded, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Experience with systems such as Simpro (or similar job management software) would be an advantage, but not essential.
