Biosymm Administration Assistant (Belmont)

Biosymm currently has an exciting opportunity available for a friendly and skilled individual to join our Administration team. This role is for an initial 12 month period.

**What you will do**
- Reception duties, including greeting and rescheduling patients and processing payments.
- Bookings and coordination for diaries of practitioners located Australia-wide.
- Ordering and management of stock levels
- General administration to support all business areas and employees

**About You**
- Hold a valid Australian driver’s license
- Previous administration experience desired, but not required.
- Previous experience within the health or medical industry is desired.
- Experience with MS office suite, Practice Management software (such as Nookal or front desk) would be highly regarded
