Retail Sales Assistant (Carindale)

Australia's Largest Hat Store is seeking another team member to join the hat family!

The 35-year-old family-run business operates from two retail locations on the Gold Coast and one located in Brisbane.

We are seeking an experienced retail attendant to work approximately 15-25+ hours across a Monday
- Sunday roster at our Carindale based location. Hours will increase in the peak summer season and Christmas holiday period.

Being a family-run, small business means you will always have secondary work to do when you aren't assisting customers in-store. No two days are ever the same. Being computer savvy and having sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive highly regarded.

This role involves working independently at times so applicants must be confident in their ability to complete tasks and run the retail store unsupervised across a variety of open and close shifts.

**The role will primarily consist of the following tasks;**
- Assisting customers in-store with hat sizing and selection
- Answering calls and taking orders over the phone
- Assisting with stock takes and on the spot stock counts
- Visual Merchandising retail displays
- Ensuring the shop is always in immaculate condition
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as requested
- Customer Sales
