**About the prospect**

Join us as a Receptionist and Client Service Administrator (CSA) at our Belmont Office, WA where you’ll play a pivotal role in servicing our clients and staff, ensuring business requirements are completed to a high standard. This varied role combines reception and administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent client service.

**In this position, you can expect to**:

- Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a smile, ensuring every interaction is met with excellence.
- Keep address logs, spreadsheets updated and handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth team operations.
- Maintain office spaces to a high standard, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
- Seamlessly answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle daily mail processing, including scanning and tracking tax file numbers.
- Show flexibility and enthusiasm in performing additional tasks within your capabilities, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Take ownership of adapting to new systems quickly, showcasing your expertise in data accuracy and attention to detail, making an immediate impact in a fast-paced financial environment.
