The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer Belmont Oasis. If you’re a natural leader who thrives on creating 'wow' moments for members and visitors alike, we want you on our high-performing WA team. You'll be the first point of contact, the membership expert, and the heartbeat of our customer experience Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Greet and assist members, patrons and visitors in person, by phone and email
- Process memberships, bookings, payments and other point-of-sale tasks
- Provide up-to-date information on programs, services and facilities
- Manage enquiries professionally and resolve issues with care and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy, inviting reception and customer service space
- Support team members across the Centre to help deliver world-class experiences About You You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous experience in customer service, reception or front-of-house roles
- Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse community members
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using booking or POS systems
- Bring positivity and qualified pride to every interaction
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
- Are available to work a flexible roster, including early mornings, evenings and weekends Experience in leisure, recreation, hospitality or fitness environments is a strong advantage. Qualifications Required:
