- 8:30am and Tuesday
- Friday 6:30 am
- 9:06 am. Supportive training provided on commencement in role at Post Office. Pay Rate $28.12 per hour increases to $30.07 per hour after 3 months + 12% Superannuation. About the Opportunity As our Retail Postage Sorter, you’ll play an significant part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to. Responsibilities
- Manually sort all mail arriving at the workplace.
- Sort and distribute mail into relevant PO Boxes.
- Assist and/or perform administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance. About you
- You’re friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love the balance of working in a team workplace and autonomously.
- You’re motivated by the prospect to help make a difference to your community.
- Call upon your memory and hand-eye coordination while sorting.
- Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift. How we’ll deliver for you
