Mortgage Brokerage Assistant (Mansfield)

We are now seeking a reliable and motivated **Mortgage Brokerage Assistant** to support the day-to-day operations of the business and help manage client relationships and back-office tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with clients to gather necessary documents and information
- Liaising with lenders and banks to follow up on loan progress
- Booking client appointments and maintaining the broker’s calendar
- Providing general administrative support and client service as needed
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital tools
- Prior experience in finance, real estate, or lending (preferred but not essential)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

**Desirable (but not mandatory)**:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to study
- Experience using platforms like ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Mercury, or similar
