Customer Service Representative Belmont

We are currently seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be suitable for a person who has a friendly personality, is customer oriented, has valuable organisational skills, attention to detail with data entry, along with the ability to work within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day support to the Account Manager and internal teams.

· Mange customer queries and follow up on orders and delivery timelines.

· Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure client expectations are met.

· Prepare quotes, job sheets, and documentation as needed.

· Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the printing or manufacturing industry

· Robust organisational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using internal job management systems.
