About the Role

Using your amazing supervisory skills you will lead our store teams who are passionate and excited to sell our brand!

More specifically you will be:

All things leadership!

You will support the Store Manager in leading our store in a hands-on role leading and engaging your team.

You will thrive in a rapid-paced role and be a passionate leader.

You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and some administration work.

Administrative duties include assisting with rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.

Oversight of store set up and close.

Adaptable days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.

What you’ll need:

Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.

Skilled at leading people.

Excellent communication skills.

Not afraid to be super hands on.

Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
