About the role Join the dynamic team at Furniture Fitouts as our Scheduling Administrator. In this full-time role based in Belmont, WA 6104, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of our staging projects, ensuring they run seamlessly and efficiently. What you'll be doing 1. Coordinate and schedule client consultations, site visits, and installation appointments 2. Liaise with our design team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all project activities are scheduled and communicated effectively 3. Maintain up-to-date project timelines and schedules, identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts 4. Provide administrative support to the interior design team, including preparing inventories, tracking jobs, and managing project files 5. Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing 6. Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the business What we're looking for 1. Proven experience as an administrator or scheduling coordinator, preferably within the interior design or construction industry 2. Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or scheduling coordinator experience 3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and the design team 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite & MYOB 6. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to ensure projects stay on track 7. A positive, versatile, and adaptable approach to your work 8.
