Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations and ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of high‑quality meals.

Key Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards Assist in coordinating food preparation and service to ensure timely delivery during busy service periods Ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard of quality and consistency Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues

Skills and Requirements Relevant qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen workplace Ability to work efficiently in a rapid‑paced, full‑service kitchen Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Robust teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in food preparation

Salary & Benefits

Salary $74,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation.
