This position is based in Gascoyne Junction and operates on an 11-hour day, 10 days on / 4 days off roster. Essential Criteria
- Experience in road maintenance.
- Proven skills in maintenance grading unsealed roads.
- Mechanically minded, with the ability to perform basic plant maintenance.
- Comfortable working and living in a remote location. (Camping out)
- Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
- Current HR/HC Class Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow direction effectively.
- Willingness to undertake other duties as required. Desirable Criteria
- Forklift High Risk Licence.
- Traffic management and worksite management experience.
- MC Class Driver’s Licence.
- First Aid Certificate. Salary & Perks
- Annual Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- 12% Superannuation Guarantee

- Utilities Included – Water, Power, Gas & Gardening Maintenance (approximate value $10,500 p/a)
