Food & Beverage Manager (Coral Bay)

We are currently taking expressions of interest for a full‑time Food & Beverage Manager to lead the outlets at the newly redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort in Coral Bay. Active recruitment will commence in January 2026, with an expected start date of April 2026. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team, ensuring service excellence across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus, promotions, and guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost control.
- Oversee compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.
- Train, roster, and develop staff to maintain high standards.
- Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed management reports on outlet performance. Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in F&B; management within hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
- Experience supervising, training, and rostering teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and guest relations skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, or Management are desirable.
- RSA and Approved Manager’s Licence required. Benefits
