Duty Manager Coral Bay

Bill's Bar is located on the pristine coastline of the Ningaloo Reef. The food and beverage venue is well-known for its high standard of service, friendly staff and rapid-paced work environment.

We need the successful candidate to fill a Duty manager role within the current team.

The required duties are (but not limited to): provide excellent service for our guests and customers interact with patrons and make recommendations taking orders, serving food and alcoholic /non-alcoholic drinks following opening and closing procedure restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies planning and management of special events and functions ordering and stock inventory ensure the cleanliness of Bar, cool rooms and back area up to the Health Department Standards cash handling and proper use of POS lead a team of bartenders and liaise with BOH training, rostering and supervising of FOH staff other duties as directed

The right candidate must have:

Proven experience in hospitality Must hold a valid RSA and Manager's card Must be available to work day and night shifts Good knowledge of wines, beers and spirits Completed hygiene training course High focus on customer service with an eye for detail Positive interpersonal skills Neat and tidy appearance Positive attitude Previous experience with POS and Microsoft software
