Retail Sales Rep (Carnarvon)

About the role We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full‑time basis. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's retail products team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, recommending the range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business.
- Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of retail products.
- Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
- Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards. About you

- Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and retail products to effectively support clients.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.

- Hold a valid driver’s license. A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
