Description
Arcuri & Associates Insurance Professionals is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our dynamic family run insurance brokerage in the heart of our Caroline Springs office. We are seeking a skilled individual who will fit into our balanced setting of hard working but easy going culture. They must be willing and enthusiastic to build their expertise within the insurance industry. This role suits someone who has a minimum of two years experience to manage and grow a portfolio of clients. They must be confident dealing directly with clients, understands a range of insurance products and is motivated to deliver tailored risk solutions with excellent service. This role is full time Monday
- Friday, 9am
- 5pm. What you'll be doing
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of clients across relevant insurance lines
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate insurance advice and recommendations
- Source, negotiate and place insurance policies with insurers
- Prepare quotes, policy documentation, renewals and endorsements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Handle claims support and liaise with insurers on behalf of clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products
- Maintain accurate records and documentations in CRM systems Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Insurance Broker
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policy wordings and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities
