Forklift Operator Ravenhall

We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial vehicles to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety, excellent attention to detail, and the physical stamina required for a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trailers, shipping containers, or storage racks using forklifts or other heavy machinery. Inventory Control: Move goods to the correct storage areas, ensuring accurate scanning and logging into the warehouse management system (WMS). Order Picking: Efficiently pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment based on picking sheets or digital orders is a plus Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-operational equipment checks (e.g., checking fluids, brakes, and tyres) and report any malfunctions. Adhere strictly to WHS and company safety guidelines. Organization: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by keeping aisles and loading docks clean and transparent of debris

Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of [1–2 years] of experience operating a forklift (Sit-down, Stand-up and especially Reach Trucks) in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Certification: Valid forklift operator certification/license required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [20kgs], stand or sit for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse temperatures [4C to -20C]. Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus. Attributes: Strong spatial awareness, a pristine safety record, and a team-oriented team attitude.

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
