Machine Laminator Operator (Ravenhall)

QLM is Australia's leading innovative and service driven label manufacturer and we are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator to join our printing team based in Ravenhall Vic. You will enjoy a busy and stimulating work environment with on the job training, operating a variety of machines and contribute to a business of essential supply.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Lead machinery operations for finishing flexible packaging jobs.
- Innovate and optimize machine setups and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery issues.
- Oversee quality testing and comprehensive machine maintenance.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and support machine operators.
- Advocate cleanliness and organization throughout the factory.

**Reporting to the Production Manager your responsibilities will include**:

- Drive adherence to Quality & HACCP Management System.
- Develop and refine work instructions and procedures.
- Lead machinery maintenance and problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborate closely with all team members for operational excellence.
- Ensure flawless cleanliness standards across the factory.
- Experience with working on flood coating machines & large scale laminating.

**Excellent Working Conditions**:

- Full time: 40 hour week + 20% shift loading
- Annual salary reviews
- The position is **Permanent afternoon shift: Mon-Thu.**:

- Working Hours: 8:30pm to 5pm with weekend work as needed
- Full training provided
