**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a retail professional with a strong work ethic and an exceptional commitment to customer service to join our Carrara team. This presents a great opportunity to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Carrara retail store team, assisting customers with various queries and sales relating to a wide range of home improvement products.

**The successful applicant will be able to work Monday to Saturday. No late nights, public holidays or Sundays!**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assist customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping, involving manual handling to shift stock when required
- Engage in regular product and sales training to confidently assist customer with product queries
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- Computer and data entry skills
- Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
- Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
