Chef (Carrara)

As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation. You will work closely with the owners to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains high culinary standards. Your role will involve supervising kitchen staff, assisting with menu planning, maintaining food quality, managing stock, and ensuring a clean, protected, and organised kitchen environment. - Assist with menu planning and development
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Follow sanitation, hygiene, and food safety procedures
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and food wastage
- Work collaboratively with owners and other departments
- Adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chef
- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
